Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days and shipped within the next 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–20 business days depending on the product and your location — most US and UK orders arrive within 8–14 business days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.

Why do some items take longer?
Larger fixtures such as chandeliers require additional protective packaging and specialised handling, which can add a few days in transit.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it free of charge. After that, the order may already be in processing.

Products

Are your lights compatible with US/UK voltage?
Yes. Fixtures shipped to the US are supplied for 110–120V with E26 sockets; UK orders are supplied for 230V with E27/B22 sockets.

Are bulbs included?
Unless stated on the product page, bulbs are not included. Each product page lists the socket type so you can pick bulbs locally.

Do I need an electrician?
Plug-in lamps and sconces work out of the box. For hardwired fixtures (chandeliers, ceiling lights) we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.

Returns

What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Damaged-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded free — just send photos within 48 hours.

How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
