Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum, no codes.
Processing time
We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after the order is placed, and shipped out within the next 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
You can expect your package to arrive in 5–20 business days depending on the shipping method, the product(s) ordered and your location. Most orders to the United States and United Kingdom arrive within 8–14 business days.
Larger fixtures
Chandeliers and oversized items are shipped with additional protective packaging and may require a few extra business days in transit.
Multiple parcels
To get your order to you faster, items may ship in separate parcels from different fulfilment centres at no extra cost. You'll receive tracking for each parcel, and parcels may arrive on different days.
Damaged in transit?
Lighting is fragile — we pack accordingly. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship anything back.
